Record Management Administrative Assistant

Postholders will participate in a legacy review of archived material held in filing cabinets and storage boxes.


1. Work systematically in groups of two to categorise material into items for disposal or retention as outlined in guidance to be provided by the Corporate Manager.
2. Record details in a computerised database.
3. Compliance with relevant administrative and H&S arrangements and relevant AOP policies, to include processing information in a confidential manner and in accordance with data protection principles.
4. Any other duties assigned by the Corporate Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

5 GCSE's or equivalent including English Language Demonstratable IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Shortlisting Criteria
Available for immediate start and 6 weeks work
Previous experience in an office or admin role
